Everything clients usually ask before they order.
Ordering
Do you keep ready stock?
No. LMA keeps no ready stock, so every piece is stitched for you after you order it. That is why we can make it in your size, and often in the colour you want.
How do I place an order?
Choose your pieces and sizes, add them to your bag and check out. The website writes your whole order out as a message, with your name, city, address, phone number and email, and opens it in WhatsApp or Instagram for you to send. We reply to confirm everything before stitching starts.
Can I order without using the website?
Yes. Send us the piece name, your size and your name, city, address, contact number and email on WhatsApp or by Instagram message.
How long will my order take?
Pieces are delivered within 15 to 20 days. Heavier and customised pieces can take longer, and we tell you the expected date when we confirm your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 3 days of placing it.
Can you make an earlier design again?
Most earlier designs can be made again, because every piece is made to order. Message us with the design name or a screenshot and we will confirm the price and timing.
Customising
Can I change the colour?
Most pieces can be made in another colour. Some colour changes cost a little extra, for example dyeing. Write the colour you want in the order form and we confirm any extra cost before we begin.
Can I change the length or sleeves?
Yes. Lengths can be changed on most pieces, and some can have sleeves added. A length change can cost a little extra on some designs.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. Tell us about your event, your date and the look you have in mind on the custom orders page, and we will take it from there. Customised orders start with a 15% advance.
Sizes and fit
How do I find my size?
Use the size guide. LMA sizes run from XXS to XXXL and list shoulder, armhole, chest and waist in inches.
What if I am between sizes?
Choose Custom when you order and send your own measurements: shoulder, armhole, chest, waist, shirt length, sleeve length and trouser length.
Payment
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan, and online bank transfer is available for every order.
When do I pay an advance?
Customised orders need a 15% advance. Orders above PKR 20,000 need a 40% advance. Everything else can be paid in cash on delivery.
Delivery
Which courier do you use?
Orders are sent by Call Courier, which is now PostEx. When your parcel leaves, we send you its order number so you can track it.
How do I track my parcel?
Enter the order number we send you on the PostEx tracking page. You will find a link on our Track your order page.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
We deliver across Pakistan. If you are ordering from abroad, message us first and we will tell you what is possible.
Is there a delivery charge?
We confirm any delivery charge with you when we confirm your order, before anything is sent.
Returns and quality
Can I return a piece?
A piece can be returned only if something is our fault, such as a colour or size issue. Because every piece is made for you, we can’t take it back for a change of mind.
Why might the colour look slightly different?
Our photos are taken in daylight, and every screen shows colour a little differently. If colour matters for your event, ask us for more photos before you order.
Are LMA pieces original?
Yes. LMA values its customers and stands behind the quality of every piece it makes, and every customer has the right to the authenticity of what they buy.
