How to order
Every LMA piece is made after you order it. This is everything that happens between choosing a piece and wearing it.
Choose a piece and your size
Browse the collection and pick a size from the size guide. Between sizes, or want a closer fit? Choose Custom and enter your measurements.
Tell us about any changes
Most pieces can be made in another colour or length, and some can have sleeves added. Choose “Another colour” or write your changes in the box on the product page. A new colour or length can cost a little extra, and we always tell you before we start.
Check out
Add your pieces to your bag and press Checkout. Enter your name, phone number, email, city and address: that is everything LMA needs to place an order.
Send your order on Instagram
Your order is copied and Instagram opens. Paste it into the chat with @lubna_mehboob_ali and press send. Prefer to do it yourself? Send the same details by WhatsApp or Instagram message.
We confirm, and stitching begins
We reply to confirm the details, the price and your delivery date. Customised orders start with a 15% advance, and orders above PKR 20,000 with a 40% advance.
Delivered to your door
Your piece is stitched for you and delivered in 15 to 20 days by Call Courier (now PostEx). We send you the order number so you can track it, and you pay cash on delivery when it arrives.
