Every piece is made for you, so here is exactly how cancellations and returns work.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order within 3 days of placing it. Message us with your order reference and we will cancel it.
Returns
A piece can be returned only if something is our fault, such as a colour or size issue. Because every piece is made for you, we can’t take it back if you receive it and change your mind.
If something isn’t right
- Message us as soon as your parcel arrives, with your order reference.
- Send clear photos of the issue, in daylight if you can.
- Keep the piece unworn, with its packaging, until we have spoken.
About colours
Our photos are taken in daylight, and every screen shows colour a little differently, so the colour you receive can vary slightly from what you see. If colour matters for your event, ask us for more photos before you order.
