LMA’s terms, in full.
Welcome to the world of LMA. Please read these terms before placing an order.
Ordering
Orders are placed through WhatsApp or Instagram direct message, including orders sent from this website. To place an order we need complete information: your name, city, address, contact number and email address.
Made to order
LMA keeps no ready stock. Every piece is stitched after it is ordered and delivered within 15 to 20 days.
Prices
Prices are in Pakistani rupees. Every price is confirmed with you before your piece is stitched.
Payment and advances
Cash on delivery is available throughout Pakistan, and online bank transfer for every order. Customised orders need a 15% advance. Orders above PKR 20,000 need a 40% advance.
Delivery
Orders are sent by Call Courier (now PostEx). You receive an order number to track your parcel.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 3 days of placing it.
Returns
A piece can be returned only if something is LMA’s fault, such as a colour or size issue. A piece can’t be returned if you receive it and change your mind.
Colours
Photos are taken in daylight. The colour you see can vary slightly from screen to screen.
Quality and authenticity
LMA values its customers and is committed to the quality and safety of its products. Every customer has the right to the authenticity of the pieces they buy and to all the characteristics that come with it.
